Tarang Prakashan provides professional publishing services for authors, writers, poets, researchers and creative professionals. Our services may include manuscript preparation, editing support, proofreading, typesetting, cover design, ISBN support, printing assistance, eBook preparation, online listing and distribution support, depending on the selected publishing package or written agreement.
By using our services, the author agrees to follow a cooperative publishing process. Publishing requires timely content submission, clear communication, author approvals, platform review and production workflow. Tarang Prakashan works to deliver a smooth publishing experience, but final output quality also depends on the author’s content, inputs, corrections and approvals.
Author Ownership
The author remains the rightful owner of the original manuscript and creative work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service Scope
All services are provided only as per the selected package, invoice, written proposal or publishing agreement.
Timeline
Timeline depends on manuscript quality, author response time, number of corrections and platform approval process.

Changes After Submission
Major rewriting, chapter restructuring, heavy correction, additional chapters or repeated changes after production has started may extend the timeline and may be chargeable separately.
Editing, Formatting & Cover Design
Editing, formatting and design are handled according to the selected package, project requirement and approved brief.
Editing Support
Editing may include basic correction, language improvement, proofreading or deeper editorial work depending on the selected package. Editing does not mean completely rewriting the author’s style unless specifically included.
Proofreading
Proofreading helps reduce spelling, punctuation and grammar errors, but the author must still check the final file carefully. In a long manuscript, no proofreading process can guarantee absolute zero errors.
Interior Formatting
Book layout is prepared according to trim size, font selection, chapter style, readability and publishing standards. Final page count may change due to font size, spacing, images, corrections and book size.
Cover Design
Cover design is created based on genre, title, author brief and market presentation. After final approval, major redesigns, new concepts or repeated changes may require additional charges.
Revision Limit
Normal correction rounds are included as per package. Excessive revisions, repeated changes after approval or complete direction changes may extend timeline and may be treated as additional work.
ISBN, Barcode & Metadata
Correct ISBN and metadata details are important for publishing, cataloging and online listing.
ISBN Support
ISBN support is provided where included in the package or agreement. ISBN usage depends on publishing model, imprint, book format and required book information.
Book Metadata

Incorrect Details
Tarang Prakashan is not responsible for errors caused by wrong spelling, incorrect title, incomplete author details, wrong category or any information provided incorrectly by the author.

Printing and delivery are managed with professional standards, but some natural production and courier limitations may apply.

Books are printed using professional production standards. Minor variations in paper shade, cover color, lamination, trimming, ink density or binding may occur between different print batches.
Author Copies
Author copies are supplied according to the selected package or invoice. Additional copies can be ordered separately. Printing time may vary depending on quantity, paper availability and production load.
Courier & Delivery
Delivery is handled by third-party courier partners. We support tracking wherever possible, but courier delays due to weather, address issues, logistics movement or local restrictions are outside our direct control.
Damage or Missing Copies
Any damage, missing copy or delivery issue should be reported with photos or videos within a reasonable time after delivery. Late claims may not be accepted by courier or production partners.

Tarang Prakashan does not guarantee fixed sales, bestseller ranking, reviews, media coverage, award selection or commercial success. Performance depends on content quality, demand, category, pricing and promotion.
Author Participation
Promotion works better when the author actively participates through photos, videos, reader outreach, social media sharing, launch activity and regular communication with readers.
Refund, Cancellation & Extra Work
Publishing services are customized in nature, so refund and cancellation terms depend on the project stage and work already completed.
Customized Service
Publishing work includes customized services such as editing, formatting, cover design, ISBN processing, metadata preparation, printing setup and coordination. Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Cancellation
If cancellation is requested before work begins, refund eligibility will depend on payment stage, administrative processing, committed resources and written agreement.
Extra Charges

After Approval
Once final approval is given, Tarang Prakashan will not be responsible for errors already present in approved files. Any correction after approval may require new production, re-upload or reprinting charges.
Printed Copies
If printing has already started or copies have already been printed, changes cannot be applied to those printed copies. Updated files may apply only to future print batches or online updates where possible.

Author Response
Delay in feedback, missing files, unclear instructions or repeated changes may extend the publishing timeline. Author response time directly affects project completion.
Official Communication

Paused Projects
