Delivery timelines depend on order type, stock availability, printing status, destination PIN code, courier network, public holidays and local conditions. We try our best to process every order smoothly and keep customers informed.
Domestic Shipping
Delivery support across most serviceable PIN codes in India through standard courier services.
International Delivery
Selected international shipping may be available depending on destination, courier feasibility and customs rules.
Business Days
Processing is generally handled Monday to Saturday, excluding major public holidays and courier holidays.
Estimated Delivery
Metro locations usually take 3–5 business days, while non-metro locations may take 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Non-Serviceable Locations

Once the order is packed and ready, it is handed over to the courier partner. Dispatch timelines may change during high order volume, stock movement, printing delays or courier pickup issues.

Metro city deliveries usually take 3–5 business days after dispatch. Non-metro and remote location deliveries may take 5–8 business days or more depending on courier serviceability.
Multiple Shipments
If an order contains multiple books or bulk quantity, it may be shipped in more than one package. Separate tracking details may be shared where applicable.
Shipping Charges & Payment
Shipping charges depend on order value, weight, quantity, delivery location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Fee
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on package weight, delivery location and courier rates. The final amount may be shown during checkout or confirmed by our support team.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected PIN codes and selected products. COD orders may carry additional handling charges where applicable.
Bulk Orders
For bulk book orders, shipping cost may be calculated separately based on total quantity, carton weight, city and preferred transport option.

After dispatch, packages are handled by third-party courier and logistics partners. Tarang Prakashan cannot directly control handling at every courier transit point.
Bulk Packaging
Bulk orders may be packed in cartons or multiple packets. Customers should inspect outer packaging at the time of delivery wherever possible.
Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy
Correct delivery details are important for successful delivery.
Correct Address
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details including name, mobile number, PIN code, landmark, house number, street and city.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once depending on their policy. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package may be returned.
Return to Origin
If a package returns due to incorrect address, phone not reachable, refusal, non-availability or courier failure, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
We try to resolve genuine delivery issues quickly when reported with proper details.
Damaged Package
If the package is visibly damaged, tampered or wet at delivery, customers should take clear photos or videos before opening and contact support as soon as possible.
Reporting Time
Damaged, missing or incorrect item concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with order details, photos, videos and packaging proof.
Resolution
After verification, Tarang Prakashan may arrange replacement, correction, re-dispatch or another suitable resolution depending on the issue and product availability.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected books and destinations.

International delivery timelines vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local courier network, shipment method and regulatory checks.
Customs & Duties
Any customs duty, import fee, local tax or destination-country charge will be the responsibility of the customer unless clearly mentioned otherwise.
