Processing and Logistics
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification. During this stage, products undergo quality checks and secure packaging before being handed over to the courier.
Shipping Charges & COD
Charges vary based on weight, destination, and order value. Any applicable fees are displayed during checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected PIN codes with additional handling fees.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment movement directly through the courier partner's portal using the provided ID.
Packaging & Handling
We use protective, tamper-evident materials to ensure your books reach you in perfect condition. Multi-item orders may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.
Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy
Please ensure accurate address details. Courier partners attempt delivery multiple times. If an order returns due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a tampered or damaged package, contact our support team within 48 hours with clear photos and order details for a quick resolution.
