- Business Days: Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays in Delhi (India).
Note: Orders placed via third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon/Flipkart) are fulfilled under their respective shipping policies.
2) Serviceability & Shipping Speeds
- India (Domestic): We ship to most PIN codes via trusted courier partners.
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 4–8 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (country-specific variations apply)
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, restrictions, courier backlogs, or festivals.
3) Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days (payment verification, QA, packing).
- Cut-off Time: Orders after 12:00 noon IST process next business day.
- Pre-orders/Back-orders: Dispatched after the notified date.
- Bulk Orders: May require additional time; our team will confirm schedule.
4) Shipping Charges
- India: Free or discounted shipping may apply above a cart value. Standard charge applies below threshold.
- COD: COD fee + shipping charges; availability depends on PIN code.
- International: Charges are weight/zone-based. Duties/taxes borne by customer unless stated.
5) Order Tracking

6) Packaging & Partial Shipments
We use tamper-evident and protective packing. Multi-item orders may ship separately, each with a unique tracking ID.
7) Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your details are correct. Address changes after placing the order are not guaranteed; contact us immediately if required.
8) Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Orders
Couriers make up to 3 attempts. If unreachable, parcel may return. Re-shipping incurs extra charges; refunds exclude freight and handling.
9) Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item
If you receive a tampered or damaged parcel, take clear photos within 48 hours and email support@tarangprakashan.com with order details. Verified cases will be replaced or resolved under our Returns Policy.
10) Cancellations
Before dispatch, cancellation requests can be emailed to orders@tarangprakashan.com. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; refer to our Returns Policy.
11) International Shipments — Duties & Taxes
Orders ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Local customs duties, VAT/GST, and clearance fees are customer’s responsibility. Customs delays are beyond our control.
12) Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or carrier issues. We’ll coordinate with couriers to resolve as best possible.
13) Title, Risk & Invoice
Ownership and risk pass to customer upon delivery. A GST invoice is included or sent electronically.
